    Automotive Marine Engine & Component Wire

    Description of Marine Engine & Component Wire:

    GPTM or general-purpose marine cable is used for control and power circuits in marine applications where you need a cable that can withstand harsh environmental conditions.  It consists of a single, stranded bare or tinned copper conductor surrounded by a durable PVC insulation. GPTM should not be used in temperatures greater than 105°C. GPTM is available in various gauge sizes and all standard colours. Want to make your GPTM wire unique to your application? Sycor has the capabilities to stripe GPTM, giving you the customization options to make it your own!

     

    Temperature Rating of Marine Engine & Component Wire:

    -40°C to 105°C

    Construction of Marine Engine & Component Wire:

    Stranded bare or tinned copper conductors.
    Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) insulation.

     

    Application of Marine Engine & Component Wire:

    For use in SAE J-1128 and J-378C applications where greater physical protection is required. For internal or external marine engine compartment wiring under 50 Volts.
