Description of GPTM Marine Cable:
GPTM or general-purpose marine cable is used for control and power circuits in marine applications where you need a cable that can withstand harsh environmental conditions. It consists of a single, stranded bare or tinned copper conductor surrounded by a durable PVC insulation. GPTM should not be used in temperatures greater than 105°C. GPTM is available in various gauge sizes and all standard colours. Want to make your GPTM wire unique to your application? Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) insulation.
Application of GPTM Marine Cable:
For use in SAE J-1128 and J-378C applications where greater physical protection is required. For internal or external marine engine compartment wiring under 50 Volts.
