Description of Expando Sleeving:
Sycor Technology supplies polyester expando sleeving in a variety of sizes and colours. Expando also comes in fray resistant and flame retardant constructions making it a versatile choice for protecting wire bundles, harnesses, tubing etc. Expando sleeving is an easy to use, cost-effective alternative to heat-shrink tubing and a good solution for use in machines, tools, robotics and automatic equipment where exposure to chemicals is a concern. Expando is also resistant to abrasion and cuts, rot and fungus.
Construction of Expando Sleeving:
Flame Retardant expandable monofilament braided sleeve
Specially formulated Braid made of PET (Polyester) monofilaments
Temperature Rating of Expando Sleeving:
-70°C to 175°C

Application of Expando Sleeving:
Expando provides durable protection over the tubing, hoses, cables, wire bundles, harnesses and flat ribbon cables. Expando sleeving is ideal against most cleaners, solvents and chemicals.
