SJOW has been superseded by SJOOW. SJOOW has both an oil resistant insulation and an oil resistant outer jacket. Any SJOW RFQs will be quoted as SJOOW.

Construction of Type SJOW Cable:

The SJOW power cable uses extra flexible stranded copper conductors with a separator and colour coded vulcanized synthetic free-stripping EP rubber insulation cabled with filler, separator, and overall jacket.
