Description of CSA TR64, UL1007, UL1569, UL1581:

The CSA TR64 UL1007, UL1569 & UL1581 hook-up wires are composed of either a solid or stranded tinned copper conductor encased in an FT-1 / VW-1 rated PVC insulation. The TR64 UL1007, UL1569 & UL1581 configuration has versatile wires and is suitable for various applications, including the internal wiring of electrical and electronic equipment and appliances, control panels, meters and switchgear. this type of electrical wire is also available with pre-fused conductors. Lastly, the CSA TR64 (UL1007) constructions have a maximum operating voltage of 300V and a temperature rating of 105°C.

Construction of TR64, UL1007, UL1569, UL1581:

Solid or stranded tinned copper conductors
Topcoat, overcoat, or pre-bond conductor available.
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation

Application of TR64, UL1007, UL1569, UL1581:

The CSA TR64, UL1007 hook-up wire is typically used for the internal wiring of control panels, electronic equipment, switchgear and appliances. The TR64 UL1007 is also an alternative product to the military spec M16878/2, Type C Wire.
